Provide global leadership in the advancement of ocean-related corporate innovation, action, and impact through refined thematic, geographic, and sector-representative programme portfolios.

Harness the power of storytelling, diverse communication channels, and one-of-a-kind events to deliver a spectrum of information, data, science, and business best practices to our members and the wider global ocean community.

Serve as the preeminent, ocean-focused membership hub for corporate, business, and start-ups — Uniting a global network across sectors, industries, themes, and geographies.

Facilitate the connection and advancement of the latest ocean and blue funding and financing tools, products, and institutions through our programmes, projects, and events — expanding both the role and urgency of diverse investment in ocean health

The Tomorrow.Blue Economy World Congress returns to Barcelona on 3–5 November 2026, convening global leaders across ocean business, finance, innovation and policy.
TBE is organised in partnership with the World Ocean Council, Port of Barcelona, Barcelona City Council, Smart City Expo World Congress and OCEANOVATION — creating a high-impact platform driving forward sustainable ocean innovation, finance, and collaboration across the ocean economy.
As co-organiser, the World Ocean Council will once again deliver high-level programming, including the Sustainable Ocean Summit (SOS) and Global Blue Finance Summit (BlueFIN).
